Perpetual licences, a real free tier, and an honest trial. The rest is the usual legal footing, in plain words. See also our privacy policy.
The licence
When you buy a Pro or bundle licence, you own a perpetual, non-transferable right to use that instrument on up to three of your own machines, for personal or commercial work. It includes future point releases. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the software or your licence keys.
The free tier
Sibilance Open is free, licensed for commercial use, on unlimited machines. It is the full single-authority de-esser, not a demo with the good parts switched off.
The 7-day trial
The trial unlocks every Pro feature for seven days, once per person, with no card. When it ends, the plugin reverts to the free Open tier. Trials are for evaluation, not continuous use.
Payments & currency
Purchases are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency; taxes may apply depending on where you are.
Being sure, and refunds
The free tier and the trial let you be certain the instrument works for you before you pay. If a purchase still isn’t right, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Fair use
Please don’t reverse-engineer the software, defeat its licensing, or resell keys. Doing so ends the licence.
Warranties & liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, with the date below.
